How to order

Agree the specification
Tell us the model, the attachments you need and your delivery postcode. We confirm the machine, what is included and the delivered price in writing.

Pro-forma invoice
You receive a pro-forma invoice from Eden Hut Ltd (trading as Ashmoors) showing the machine, specification, price ex-VAT, VAT and delivery.

Payment by bank transfer
Machines from UK stock are paid in full by bank transfer (BACS) to our company account before dispatch. Special-order machines require a 20% deposit to confirm the build, with the balance due before dispatch.

Pre-delivery inspection
The machine is prepared and PDI checked at our UK workshop, with the signed checklist, operator's manual and documents packed with it.

Delivery and hand-over
We confirm the delivery day with you in advance, deliver to your site and walk you through the machine's controls and service points.
