12-month parts warranty
Every new machine carries a 12-month parts warranty from delivery, with claims handled in the UK by Ashmoors. The engine also carries the engine manufacturer's own warranty, and extended cover can be quoted on request. Full terms are confirmed in writing with your quotation and order documents.

Pre-delivery inspection
Assembled and checked in Britain before it reaches you.
Machines are not passed straight from the container to your yard. Every machine is assembled and commissioned by Ashmoors in the UK, then goes through our 20-point pre-delivery inspection. The completed checklist travels with the machine along with the operator's manual and conformity documents.
- Hydraulic pressures checked against the manufacturer's figures
- All hydraulic hoses, rams and fittings checked for weeps and chafing
- Engine oil level and condition checked
- Hydraulic oil level and cleanliness checked
- Coolant level and antifreeze strength checked
- Fuel system bled and filters checked
- Air filter and pre-cleaner inspected
- Battery charged, terminals cleaned and protected
- Track tension set and running gear bolts torqued
- Slew ring and pivot bolts torqued to specification
- Every grease point charged
- Boom, dipper and bucket pins checked for play
- Quick hitch function and safety locking tested
- Auxiliary hydraulic circuit flow tested
- Bucket and attachment fit confirmed on the machine
- All lights, horn, alarms and switches tested
- Seat, belt, controls and safety guards checked
- Cab or canopy glazing, wipers and heater checked (where fitted)
- Test run through every function, plus a short working test
- Machine washed, touched in where needed, manual and documents packed
